I. About registering for Fukuoka Future IT Initiative

・ There are no specific tasks and duties required for becoming a member of Fukuoka Future IT Initiative (or the Committee).
・ There are no registration fees, no membership fees involved.
・ Emails and letters will be mailed out to the members to notify about the Committee events and various information that may benefit the members.

II. How to apply

・ Please fill out the application form and then press send.
・ The membership registration process will begin after we confirm the information you would provide on the form.
・ An email notification will be sent to you once the membership registration process is completed.

About filling out the application form

・ Please type in the name of your representative if you are registering as an entity or an organization.
Please type in the name of your branch representative if you are registering as a branch of an entity or an organization.
Only the name of your entity or organization will be displayed on the Committee members list. (It will be available on our home page.)

Ⅲ. How to terminate your membership

・ Termination of your membership can be accessed through Fukuoka Future IT Initiative members' setting page. You will be redirected to the login page through clicking the Member Login icon below.
・ Please type in your ID and password, and then, go through the termination process.

About confirmation of your membership termination

・ Your registry and its information will be deleted upon your termination. You will need to fill out your information if you wish to re-register for your membership.

IV. Changing your profile and information

・ An email will be sent to you about your profile setting page after the registration is completed.
・ Changing your profile and information, canceling your membership can be done on the setting page.
(* Your ID and password to access the setting page will be provided upon your registration.)
